TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION
HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc. uses various softwares for its websites that are under the GNU General Public License, which has their own terms and conditions for copying, distribution and modification of their software.
We at HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc. follow and respect their licenses with our use of their software. You may read their licenses included in their original software packages.
We at HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc. have opted to "change the software or use pieces of it in new free programs" as is part of our right under the GNU General Public License. We have also followed their terms and conditions for documentation of the modifications to the software we have made.
However, we at HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc. have opted to exercise our right NOT TO DISTRIBUTE OR ALLOW COPYING of the modifications to the program, and other such modifications to the software that anyone working for us have made to the original software packages, to anyone or any entity from any part of the world, without the presence of a legal document duly notarized by a lawyer with a valid license acknowledged by our office indicating written permission by the following personalities for such software packages to be used by requesting entity:
- Authorized representatives of HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc.;
- The person who authored the modification; and
- Our President/CEO
We do not restrict anyone from copying, distributing, and modifying the original form of the softwares we use on our websites. The original software packages that we use for our websites may or may not be free software. The modified versions of the original software packages ARE NOT FREE SOFTWARE AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR COPYING OR DISTRIBUTION.
Selected files in these software packages are licensed under the MSBT License which can be found in MSBTLicense.php.
Other modified files in these software packages that have been edited by people working for us on various dates have been documented to contain any of the following types of comments in the code:
